1 General Terms & Conditions

Dhaka 8 (dhaka8.im) is an online betting and gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between Dhaka 8 and its members. By accessing, browsing, or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

These Terms & Conditions are subject to change at any time. Members will be notified of any updates via email or a platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms.

• These Terms & Conditions are available in both Bangla and English. In the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail.
• Dhaka 8 reserves the right to decline or close any account at its discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
• All content, logos, and trademarks on this platform are the intellectual property of Dhaka 8.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with Dhaka 8, you must meet the following requirements. Failure to comply may result in your account being closed at any time.

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Proof of identity may be requested for age verification.
• One Account: Only one account is permitted per person, household, or IP address. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed.
• Accurate Information: The name, address, date of birth, and phone number provided at registration must be complete, truthful, and accurate.
• Password Security: It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials secure. Never share your password with anyone.
• KYC Verification: Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal. You may be required to submit a copy of your National ID or passport.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

All financial transactions on Dhaka 8 are processed through secure and verifiable methods. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals.

• Your Account: All transactions must be made using a bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account registered in your own name.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500 per transaction. Maximum limits may vary depending on the payment method.
• Withdrawal Timeframe: Withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). For crypto transactions, the applicable conversion rate will apply.
• Chargebacks Prohibited: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after making a deposit is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Dhaka 8 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own specific terms, which are detailed on the respective offer page. The general rules below apply to all bonuses.

• Wagering Requirements: Each bonus carries a specific wagering requirement (e.g., 10x or 20x). The bonus cannot be withdrawn until that amount has been wagered.
• One bonus, once: Each bonus offer can be claimed once per member. The same bonus cannot be claimed across multiple accounts.
• Validity: If a bonus is not used within the specified period after being claimed, it will expire automatically.
• Cashout Limit: Winnings from bonuses may be subject to a maximum withdrawal limit, which varies by offer.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit the system to gain bonus advantages will result in the cancellation of both the account and the bonus.

5 Betting Rules

When betting on Dhaka 8, the following rules apply. In any betting dispute, the decision of Dhaka 8 shall be final.

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless a technical error has occurred.
• Odds Changes: Odds in live betting change in real time. The odds at the moment your bet is placed will be the ones that apply.
• Match Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded. For multi-bets, any cancelled leg will be counted at odds of 1.0.
• Maximum Win Limit: Maximum winnings on a single bet may be capped and will vary depending on the bet type and event.
• Technical Issues: Dhaka 8 shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from server outages or technical failures.
• Suspicious Bets: Dhaka 8 reserves the right to void any bet if unusual betting patterns or match manipulation are suspected.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Dhaka 8. Any violation will result in immediate account termination and all funds may be forfeited.

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Using betting software, bots, or any automated systems.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal payments.
• Attempting to breach or circumvent the platform's security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or deceiving other members.

7 Account Closure & Cancellation

Either you or Dhaka 8 may close your account at any time. To close your account voluntarily, please reach out to our support team.

• Voluntary Closure: Any member may permanently close their account. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.
• Inactive Accounts: An account with no transactions for 12 consecutive months will be considered inactive. A monthly maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts.
• Termination for Violations: If an account is terminated due to a breach of terms, Dhaka 8 reserves the right to withhold the remaining balance.
• Reactivation: To reactivate a closed account, you must submit a request to the support team; however, Dhaka 8's decision will be final.

8 Responsible Gaming Policy

Dhaka 8 believes that betting should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not an addiction. We are committed to the well-being of all our members.

• Deposit Limit: Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits can be set and will take effect immediately once applied.
• Self-Exclusion: Self-exclusion can be activated to take a break from betting for a set period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: You can take a betting break for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Reality Check: You can enable session reminders that will notify you of how long you have been playing during extended gaming sessions.

9 Dispute Resolution Process

If you have any concerns, please reach out to our support team first. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

• Step One: Submit a complaint to our support team via live chat or email. Most issues are resolved at this stage.
• Step Two: If you are not satisfied with the support team's resolution, you may escalate the matter to management.
• Final Decision: The decision of Dhaka 8 management shall be considered final.
• Time Limit: All disputes must be raised within 30 days of the incident. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

10 Terms Update Policy

Dhaka 8 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified in advance of any significant changes.

• The effective date of each revision will be noted at the top of the page.
• For significant changes, members will be notified at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, please contact our support team to close your account.
